A: Give us with more information as details as you can about your stone info, machine info and cutting parameters.
1). Diamond blade for sawing, slicing, splitting or any other application.
2). Stone info, such as name, hardness, abrasiveness and grain size, pictures or samples.
3). Machine info, main motor, spindle speed, feed rate and cutting depth.

A: Before placed, kindly let me know the detailed info of the sample oders. You can test material composition when you got the regular orders. Then compare with sample oders. If you find any discrepancies, we will return back the whole consignment for free.

A: We use high quality diamond particles and metal powder, and we carefully checked when we got them from the suppliers. We also have strictly quality control system in every production process.

A: It can be discussable. Usually, our payment term is 30% T/T in advance and the balance before shipped.

A: Generally, FOB.
13. Q: Sometimes after we placed an order, some suppliers use lower quality materials for our order. How can I trust you?
A: We strongly recommend that you can make material & chemical composition tests if possible. Then you can compare with samples or your technical requirements. We seriously promise that if you find any discrepancies, we will return the whole consignment back for you.

A: Basically, we pack our goods with carton. If you have any special request, we can adjust according to your demand.
