APPLICATION
This advanced carbide blade easily cuts off many types of metal materials. Such as steel studs, steel sheets, metal rods, steel pipes, channels, rebar, roofing and so on. It also can cut nonmetals, like PVC, plastic, etc….
How do we make our products with high quality?
1). Steel body:
We choose high-quality steel plate with salt bath heat treatment. So the hardness of saw body and metallic structure are very even, ensuring good cutting performance and friction reducing.
2). Carbide tips:
The micro-grain tungsten carbide tip is used to achieve the correct cutting quality and long-life characteristics. Usually, we use the tungsten carbide tips from Japan or Eu, such like C -6 grade.
3). Production equipments:
Our production precision is guaranteed by advanced automatic gear welding machines and gear grinding machines. All the equipments of main production process are from Germany and Swiss.
4). Professional design:
According to the purpose of cutting blade, we design reasonable tooth profile and angle to ensure smooth and clean cutting surface.
5). Rich experience:
We have decades of R&D experience on saw blade production and design to make it more secure and more precise.
