1). Peripheral speed of diamond saw blade:

In the actual work, the quality of the saw blade and the sawing performance are limited. In order to obtain the best saw blade life and cutting efficiency, the peripheral speed of the saw blade should be selected according to the different properties of the stone.

When cutting granite, the peripheral speed can be selected in the range of 25m~35m/s. The high content of quartz makes granite difficult to cut, and the removal limit of the peripheral speed is appropriate. In the production of granite bricks, diamond saw blades with a smaller diameter are used, and the linear speed can reach 35m/s.
