1. ACCEPTANCE
The customer accepts and agrees to be bound by submitting an order.

2. PRICE AND PAYMENT

a) The price shall be specified in the written quotation or sales contract, provided that such price has been accepted by the customer.

b) The price also can be indicated on commercial invoices or proforma invoice.

c) The date shall be specified in the written quotation, sales contract, commercial invoice and proforma invoice.

d) It can be acceptable if paid by cash, T/T, D/P, D/A, LC or by any other method as agreed.

3. DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS

a) By air

Min. weight 50kgs; Freight cost as per your airport

b) By Express

All internatonal courier are available, such like DHL, UPS, TNT etc. Usually less than 50 kgs parcel.

c) By sea

Only for quantity order. LCL - Less than Container Load and FCL-Full Container Load;

4. DEFECTS & DESCRIPENCIES

a) If the customer find that any delivered product is defective at the date of delivery, or doesn't correspond with the customer's order in terms of type, quantity, variety, the customer have to notify us within 7 days of delivery.

b) For delivered products are defective or were delivered in error, we will replace the products or repair the products.
