Friction Circular Saw Blade

The friction circular saw blade is an effective tool for cutting off steel pipes and steel profiles and solid steel materials in carbon steel on flying saws or stationary saws. Our saw blades are covering all standard sizes and also accept the customized according to the customers' special requirements.

The steel grade we choose for our friction saw blade is CrV steel (DIN 1.2235). We also can supply other materials on the customers' request.

Regarding the heat treatments, we use the special salt-bath process, then the hardness deviation is very less, so that the working performance is extremely stable.

As for the flanks, we can grind it as taper hollowed or straight flat.
