Types of Diamond Blades

Diamond blades have the advantages of very high strength and wear resistance, low frictional resistance, high elasticity, high thermal conductivity, low coefficient of linear expansion, and low contact with non-ferrous metal materials. It can be used for precision machining of non-metallic hard and brittle materials such as high graphite, high metal composite materials, polymer materials, high silicon aluminum alloy profiles and other ductile rare metal materials. There are various types of diamond tools with obvious differences in characteristics. The structure, preparation method and main use of different types of diamond tools are very different.
