According to the basic requirements of the bond material of the saw blade, the alloy system that is easy to form a solid solution phase in the carcass alloy and form a solid solution strengthening effect should be selected as the basic element of the bonds, and the Fe-Ni-Cu-W alloy is suitable  This request:
Fe-Ni, Cu-Ni can achieve complete miscibility;
WC/W-Ni, WC-Cu, Fe-Cu can achieve limited miscibility and can produce dispersion strengthening dissemination;
Fe and Ni Group VIII elements have good affinity for diamond.
