What and How are the strict requirements on the foundation of bond material of Arrayed Diamond Segment?

1. The sintered body should have good impact performance and appropriate hardness to ensure good mechanical engagement of the wrapped diamond and moderate wear resistance to the rock;

2. The powder metallurgy process that meets the above performance requirements can be completed at a lower sintering temperature (generally not exceeding 950°C) and a short holding time (generally not exceeding 5 minutes) to slow down the diamond single crystal deterioration trend;

3. The alloy components in the matrix alloy can infiltrate the diamond single crystal well, and the added trace elements can cause chemical bonding between the alloy components and the diamond, further improving the utilization of diamond particles.
